Upper-lower decomposition of Paley-Wiener spaces.

Анотація
We obtain the complete solution of the decomposition problem on the Paley-Wiener space. This solution is based on the analysis of the Whittaker-Kotelnikov-Shannon-Nyquist interpolation formula. We discuss a generalization of the Hilbert transform.
