ATOM department seminar (04.25.2023)

On Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 4:40 p.m., in auditorium 377 of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of LNU
at the scientific seminar of the Department of Algebra, Topology and Fundamentals of Mathematics
there will be a report by Pyotr Sidorovich Kosobutskyi (professor of the SAP Department of the Lviv Polytechnic National University) on the topic
“Jacobsthal numbers in the problem 3q±1”,
which is tangential to the Kolatz problem, which is one of the most mysterious unsolved mathematical problems in modern mathematics.
